We can't be together

*We can’t be together.*
-mainly inspired by “Run To You” by The Rasmus, and “Kissing You Goodbye” by The Used, and many many many other gorgeous songs-

Now, this couple is quite special cuz unlike the rest of the couples, it holds a paradox within.

Starting with the boy and the girl, who are actually separated, but they still touch each other’s hand. And even if they can’t be together, they still make each other happy and able to, at least, touch each other’s hand. The random phrases build up a broken heart, and if you read all of them you’ll understand everything, the paradox of this couple.

It's a mix of hope and heartbreak. Forever and never.

The drawing was made with black and blue pen, and a bit of turquoise color pencil. Then I adjusted the hue and saturation levels (and contrast/brightness).
